In order for screening evaluations to serve their aimed formative purpose, the \sresults must be accessible soon after government and be provided in a format that \steachers can readily use to make instructional decisions. Sufficient detail should be \sprovided about each personal student as well as systems of overall class performance in \sorder to guide instruction. If results are not quickly available, or if teachers lack sufficient \sdata tools or expert knowledge to make use of the results, then the possibility for formative sassessment is lost.
