The role of teachers in behaviorist scheme:

It is unarguable that teachers are believed to facilitate learning. According to Melissa Kelly (Kelly, 2021), aside the parents, the teachers have an almost direct and intimate relationship with the learners. This rapport makes it easier for the teachers to first build a homely, and stable connection. Thus, the teachers use this relationship to link into the learners' minds. They are able to assess their thinking perspective, emotions, skills, learning abilities, and general mental health. The amazing purpose of this is that a personal relationship is built, and the learners' learning differences are understood. Thereby, the teacher is able to fit in and help in problem-solving, by knowing the method or technique that best suit a learner. The environment can then be used as a cogent factor to bring learning into play, as it determines how realistic other factors can be.

Repetition can go a long way in helping some learners to adjust, and also a way of being retentive and keeping track of memory. This will help some learners to feel carried along, especially slow learners, while to the fast learners, it might seem boring. But no matter the category, the learners should feel the motivation to make them develop personal interest and curiosity, and the desire for self-development (Kuo et al., 2019).
