Teaching a learners with individual differences is a challenging task for a teacher, there are so much things that need to consider.

Classroom environment are covered with diverse learners in this modern days, for each classroom we can find a unique characteristics of the learners that are actively engage in our discussion, and teaching a learners with a distinct characteristics is a challenging task for a teachers. As educator needs to be mindful of how does an individual students learns best in order to satisfy their needs. Teaching a learners with individual differences is a big deal for a teacher that need to develop and enhance. Teachers need to consider the academic strength and weakness of the learners to effectively implement or integrate the content of the curriculum not only to determine the learners weakness and strength but also to adjust the mode of instructions for making learning meaningful and interesting.

In the Philippines it is not quiet new with the individual differences of the learners, yet it is the major problem that the teachers faces everyday, on how to address the differences of learning preferences and learning style per learners.

The mode of Instruction here in the Philippines is designed to meet all the needs of all learners, in which the individual differences of the learners are not addressed, that's why learning becomes boring for the learners.

Department of Education (DepEd) promotes "Education for All (EFA)"where the mission promote a quality, equitable and inclusive education for all Filipino learners, regardless of their background. So, thus the teachers are challenged to address the individual differences of the learners regardless of their background.

the program promotes:
-Inclusive and Equitable Education that creates an educational system that is accessible to all that includes programs such as Alternative Learning System (ALS) that gives an oppotunity to the youth or out of school children for basic education, Inclusive Education Framework to serve children with special needs, such as blind, deaf, and mute. Matatag Curriculum that align the education system to global standards to ensure quality learning.

-Commitment to Global Goals which is in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 that ensures the equitable and inclusive education that promotes life long learning.

-Stakeholders Involvement that the active engagement of the stakeholders promote the success of education.

-Gender Responsive Education that implement policies for gender responsive education policy to integrate human right principle to educational system.
