Differences in Learning

Teachers/Facilitator educate their learners with their best, giving them a proper and quality education but how does a teache/facilitator instruct their learners with different needs of diverse learning? The facilitator needs to tailor an instructions that fills the gap with the differences of skill and abilities of the learners. According to Reis & Renzulli (2018) in their study "The Five Dimension of Differentiation" the researcher stated that their are three components which are commonly assocciated with successful differentaition which are curriculum that is being taught, process by how the topic is being taught, and product which are the tangible output made by the learners in which they apply what they have learn.

The Five Dimmension of Differentiation:
-Content - The teacher should match or align content by implementing, creating, developing or enhancing the content/curriculum to delivered to the learners having a different skills/abilities and interest.
-Instructional Strategies - Students also having a different style of learning, some students learn in a collaborative way and individually.

-Classroom - Students learn with the safe space envronment.

-Product - Students learn by applying what they have learn through developing or creating a tangible output.

-Teacher - Choices and decision of the facilitator to make a differentiated approach for a diverese group of individual.

Differentiated instruction should be emphasize where the educator assess their learners current skill and abilities that are mastered for the advanced learning and for the skill and abilities that are not mastered to give importance to develop that helps them.
