The importance of the relationship with students
The importance of establishing good relationships, especially with students.
There are three important factors for relationships in the classroom:
1- The way we interact through the teacher’s style and the rules he sets for the classroom with the participation of his students to contribute to creating a healthy atmosphere with the students.
2- The content of our interactions (narrow or broad):
This is one of the things we must keep in mind to attract a learner.
3- The environment in which we interact (positive or negative):
The environment is where the learner finds himself a positive starting point to continue his educational journey
Each of these three factors is important for establishing relationships in the classroom that lead to productive learning for students.
