Update: The idea of authentic education is in line with the current trends that stress experiential learning and practical applications in the real world. For instance, project-based learning and community involvement activities are becoming increasingly prevalent, allowing students to apply academic theories in meaningful contexts. However, despite these efforts, there's a lingering concern that authentic education may not effectively address deeper social inequalities. This leads us to a fundamental question: can this approach empower students to change their life situations, or does it risk reinforcing them by placing too much emphasis on immediate practicality?
