For me, "No Child Left Behind"law is very vital. It makes the school somehow responsible for a child's learning and it is one of a good law.

Especially, during covid, it was very har for educators to reach student's attention because of varities of limitations. 

According to Manila bulletin, "As they recognized the efforts made by the educators and education stakeholders in member countries, the ministers expressed hope that by sharing education strategies, “no Southeast Asian learner is left behind” especially in these unprecedented times."
