The evidence of behaviorism can be found in the education system's obsession with standardized testing of students specifically from K - 12. Although the effectiveness of standardized testing has come under fire, it is still the north star of gauging a student's academic gains and propensity. As an educator I have witnessed students demonstrate mastery of content through means other than bubbling in responses. Children have been limited in their ability to excel because of presumed "learning capacities" and or deficiencies.
As a situation, teachers have come up with remedial classes to deal with learners' deficiencies in some subjects.
