I think the behavioral theorists we study have a very flat view, only focusing on the a+b=c, and not taking the effort to study if the person could Improve and just try to encapsulate the individual.
I totally agree with you! Behavioral theorists estas beyond away of social interaction and individual processing such as emotional connection, capabilities, habilities and own pace of learning.
Just wanted to express my agreement here. I think that understanding behaviorist theories is important as it's been proven that environment does impact our ability to adapt and learn; however, it doesn't account for other contributing factors that are non observable.
