Operant Conditioning
In some situations, there will be positive or negative results according to the person's experiences before. These positive or negative learnings arise from our memories of past and the events we have experienced. And these good or bad results will affect the individual's future behaviors greatly. The changes caused by positive or negative results in a person's behavior are called “Operant Conditioning”. If the individual has previously performed a behavior and as a result of this behavior has a positive result, he/she tends to do the same behavior again. Likewise, if an individual has previously acted and received a negative reaction as a result of this behavior, he will not act again.
