The Food Studies Advisory Board is honored to welcome our newest member - Carlo Alberto Pratesi.

Carlo Alberto Pratesi is a Full Professor of Marketing, Innovation and Sustainability at Roma Tre University. Since 2009, he has been a scientific consultant for Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition Foundation. Pratesi is also the Co-Founder of InnovAction Lab, a learning program with the aim of bringing talents from universities closer to the startup ecosystem. Additionally, he is an Open Innovation academic advisor of Digital Magics. His main research areas are: food and business sustainability; entrepreneurship and startups; corporate communication and marketing. His latest book is Il cibo perfetto: Aziende Consumatori e Impatto Ambientale del Cibo. (Perfect Food: Companies,Consumers and Environmental Impact of Food, with M. Marino) Edizioni Ambiente 2015.
