Didactic Pedagogy

According to what i had research Didactic pedagogy, is a direct instruction and structured learning.  it is also a teacher-centred wherein the learners only sit still and listen quietly and attentively, passively accepting the teacher as the main source of knowledge. 

One of the example of didactic Pedagogy is in a classroom,  a Math teacher uses a step-by-step approach in order to teach the concept needed to solve the Math Equation. First thing the teacher will do is to explains the process,next demonstrates examples on the board, and then assigns practice problems for students to complete individually. This method provides clear guidance and structured practice, helping students grasp the fundamentals before moving on to more complex problems. But when this didactic pedagogy appropriate to use? First is when the students need to acquire basic skills and knowledge, such as in early education or when learning a new subject.
and when the large number of students in a class  where individual attention is challenging. Also, it is highly discouraged to use in a subjects like art, music, or literature, where exploration and personal expression are crucial. and when classroom  varied learning styles and needs it will not be accomodated by the didactic approach.
