Taiwan Bilingual 2030 policy aims setting social objectives for education. There are many programs that hire licensed teachers around the world to help the country in achieving the Bilingual 2030 policy. This policy is initiated by Ministry of Education to help Taiwanese students to be globally competetive and improve English language skills by using English as a medium of instructions at school.
The policy is an ideal and positive initiative that reflects Taiwan's desire tp be globally competetive. It outlines some benefits of improving English proficiency, from empowering the local workforce to enhancing the country's attractiveness to international businesses.
Moreover, the policy is a huge step towards modernization.
Any workforce must go through a learning process from elementary school to higher education. To solve the bilingual problem for the workforce, solve the bilingual problem at the secondary education level. This is the most effective way to solve the problem.
