The teaching and learning process in this present time was far more different from the old and traditional way. The learner-centered approach is a great way to enhance the learners' skills. Letting the learners' study and experience on their own and teachers being an instructor is the focus of this pedagogy. But, I do believe that we still need the didactic approach in today's time. It is essential to learners that are incapable of learning and absorbing information as fast as others. Also, this approach has a higher percentage of feeding the exact information that the learners need. Relying upon one pedagogy is not enough in the teaching-learning process. The traditional way of teaching is old but gold, while the modern way of teaching is new and necessary.
