New Learning MOOC’s Updates
The Increasing Struggle in Education in the Time of the Pandemic
As a teacher, I am aware of the current situation in the Education system. It is true that the government is providing seminars or webinars yet it seems insufficient especially to those teachers who are not used to digital tools and materials. Although modules are provided we can't guarantee that the learners are provided with the quality education they deserve. There are a lot of issues regarding the new setup of the delivery of instructions yet not overall addressed and given a proper solution that is why there is an increase in the number of dropped out specifically on public schools.
Country leaders must not act blindly on this current situation thus they should create better solutions because not only today's generation will depend on it but also the future.
@Alexandra Mae Doblon, I feel you. This pandemic brought a lot of challenges to us teachers, especially this kind of learning set - up but for me, this is the time that we have to help one another exert effort to ensure that learning happens to our students. Let us focus more on how we can help our learners, especially those at risk of dropping out, the ones left behind, and other needs. For me, let us look into the brighter sides of this situation.
@alexandra mae doblon, I perfectly understand how you feel and yes the leaders of our beloved country are blinded on this situation but regardless let's not be dependent on them too much, we can do so much on our own for our learners we can do this, look at the good things today that we have the technology what if the pandemic broke. We don't have the technology. I think it would be a disaster.
