Abstract
In most organizations, success is measured in numbers. Yet behind every result is a relationship — and relationships thrive on appreciation. This session explores how gratitude, when practiced with intention, strengthens engagement, loyalty, and performance. Participants will learn how to shift from transactional communication to authentic acknowledgment that builds long-term trust. Drawing on real business examples, Walter Green demonstrates how leaders and teams can use gratitude as a measurable tool to drive collaboration and results. The session includes practical exercises that help participants recognize and express appreciation in meaningful ways. By the end, attendees will understand how a culture of gratitude fuels both personal fulfillment and organizational growth.
