I am the only one tenured Religion professor in a small Liberal Arts College, teaching a variety of courses including Science and Religion, Theories of Religion, Religions of the World, Introduction to the Old and New Testament among others. My research interests are mainly focused on relationships between religion and contemporary culture. In particular, how contemporary science impact our world views and challenges religious paradigm.
In my Ph.D. dissertation, “The Post-modern World-view as a Bio- Religiousness”, I analyze religion from the different interdisciplinary perspectives and review the process of secularization within both modernity and post-modernity to show how religious world views are articulated in contemporary globalized societies.
I have a Ph.D. in Philosophy and have two Master’s/S.T.M. degrees: one in Church Sciences and the other in Applied Theology. I studied at universities in Poland, Sweden and Spain.
