I teach part-time adult students at various levels, up to postgrad and my greatest concern is how to help them utilize their out of school time to deeply understand the content and get widely exposed to what obtains in other climes.

Unfortunately our school system is still very analog and there is no support, government or private, to effectively use technology to bridge the gap. So I'm starting online classes to blend my f2f classes in the hope that my little impact will convince first, my students and then my school to embrace online learning as a booster to students' understanding and performance.
