currently as a regional immunization operation officer i am experiencing low coverage for Booster doses of vaccines which could be due to inadequate screening at clinic sites, improper recording and missed opportunities. my interest is to prepare a data improvement plan to obtain accurate data and find solutions to weak areas of our regional immunization program.
