Ans 2 : Based on steering committee feedback, we need to complete 4480 interviews

Question 3. What decision would you make regarding the survey scope and objectives? What is your rationale for this decision?

Ans 3: To further reduce the cost and time and improve the quality of the survey, I will change the district level strata (from 100) to province level strata (to 10). I will further save resources by switching survey coverage estimation target at province level to province classification. Survey to classify provinces whether minimum coverage threshold has been met or not will need less sample size and hence save the cost and time. With reduced strata and classification goal at province level we can still get desired insight of the vaccination program at each level and a national level coverage estimate.
