a. Time: it will take less time to do a survey with 10 strata as compared to 100 strata which will take more time
b. Expensive: its is less expensive to conduct this survey as compared to that with 100 strata as it will take more manpower and materials
disadvantages
Precision: a survey with 100 strata will be closer to the true population estimate than one with 10 strata, however with a correct sample size estimate this problem maybe reduced to a significant level.

3b. there always should be a back up list of households to be surveyed which should be selected also by probability method, and this should be like 50% of the previous list.
