  I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with my wife and children. Two of my sons have graduated from college and my last son is a junior at Waynesburg University. My daughter is a senior and will enter college in the fall. I began my teaching career in Florida. I have been in Maryland since 1990 and an adnminstrator in Queen Anne's County since 1996. My current position is principal of Kent Ilsnd Elementary School, which is a PK-2 building. I am enrolled in the EdD program with a concentration in International Education Administration and Leadership.
