I am a medical-surgical nurse from my background. I have also done Disaster Relief Nursing, Management and Developing Countries studies. I did my BTC, Basic Training Course for future delegates, known nowadays as Impact Course, 2006 and different specialized ERU trainings after that. My first ERU mission was 2007 in Pakistan with mobile clinics in the flood operation and last one 2010 with surgical field hospital. in Haiti earthquake operation. After Haiti I got 2 children and have worked as hospital manager in BHC hospital in Finland. I´m also Chairman in the local RC branch and Teamleader in RC PSS on-call group. Children are now big enough for me to start doing short ERU missions again. I am hoping to be able to use SAF4ERU exercise´s lessons and practices very soon on the field.
