Local and national news outlets in Vacciland are reporting a significant measles outbreak in Vacciland.

625 cases have been confirmed, and a number of child deaths have been attributed to the outbreak.
You and your team have been called for a meeting with the Minister of Health to brief her.
She has requested a data-based briefing, and has already expressed her surprise by the reports of the outbreak, given her understanding that measles coverage is high in Vacciland.

She wants to know what the “true” situation is, and requests you to brief her on the following at minimum:

Coverage outlook in Vacciland;
Recent disease data – outbreak and immunity;
Recommendations on top 3 actions to be taken to respond to the situation.

You will need to:

Analyze the data relevant to this outbreak; and
Prepare to brief the Minister.
