  I graduated from the English Teaching Program at Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia and recently earned as Master's degree in Discourse Studies: Communication, society and learning from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. I have worked for five years teaching English as a foreign language and in self-contained modality with students between the ages of 5 and 17. Being a young researcher, I am interested in developing further studies in the social and cultural aspects that involve the teaching of foreign languages and the impact that those aspects make in teachers and students.
