QN 1. Harmonia should plan for an EPI survey based on the WHO recommendation of countries should conduct EPI surveys every 3-5 years, similarly the DHS survey was 3 years ago and the WHO/UNICEF coverage estimates consider valid surveys (DHS, nics) not older than 3 years so it’s important that they plan for a survey, The country has also put intervention in place and it’s important that they monitor the progress to guide the program.

QN 2. The primary question of interest is to monitor performance through estimation of the antigen coverage as guided by the survey methodology and guide the program of the provinces/districts that are not performing poorly and these will be targeted for improvement

QN 3. The target population for the survey will include children 11-23 years for the antigens given under one year, while for the antigens given at age of 18 months the target will be children 24-35 months
