  My name is Rojan Baniya, I am from Nepal, country of Mt. Everest. Currently I am doing Phd in University in Florida with tourism focus. My advisor is Prof. Bijesh Thapa. Prior to that I was Assistant Professor of Marketing in Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) in Nepal. I have two graduate degree MBA from KUSOM. Also I have Masters of Marketing Research from Southern lllinios University Edwardsville. I have also wokred in Marketing Research industries in various companies in US like Brand Asset Consulty, Y&R, MMGY Global, Martiz Inc.
