I have always been passionate about peace and conflict studies - to the extent of doing a doctorate degree to learn as much as possible. In the past few years I have been interested especially in education's role in conflict transformation. To promote this, I have been a part of an international organization called Soliya doing virtual exchange: technology-enabled, sustained, people-to-people education programs. Virtual exchange (VE) aims to offer a high-quality cross-cultural education experience to as many young people in the world as possible, and it has been exciting and extremely rewarding to be a part of that work.
