  I operationalized Dörnyei's process model of L2 motivation (Dörnyei & Ottó's 1998 model, updated by Dörnyei in 2001) to try to help seven participants in persisting in their learning processes. The data were collected at an English language course offered by our federal university, to adults. The research involved the construct of identity as well.
