I have worked in corporates and taughtin Universities in many countries like India, Oman, Kenya, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia and now Malaysia. I have participated and presented research papers in conferences held by ABER (Association of Business and Economic Research, Lynchburg, USA) in Univ. of Cambridge (UK - June 2006) and Harvard University(USA - Oct 2006). I have national and international publications in refereed journals too.
Presently I am teaching as Visiting Senior Lecturer in a public university in Malaysia called University Malaysia Kelantan, Kelantan State, Malaysia.
My research interests are in Higher Education related areas and Customer Relationship Marketing.
