Teach to One: Math (TTO) is a program designed to provide personalized learning and instruction for students. The program is a hybrid, consisting of computer based learning and classroom instruction from a teacher team. There are 10 core design tenets for the program:

1. Complete Learners
2. Able to meet students where they are
3. Personalized Pathways
4. Shared ownership between students and teachers
5. Timely, actionable data
6. Multiple integrated approaches to learning
7. Competency based learning
8. Continual regrouping
9. Collective teacher responsibility
10. Flexible use of space

TTO incorporates social emotional learning into its platform. According to the website, https://www.newclassrooms.org, students build their social emotional development through collaborative learning, performance based tasks, and ongoing reflections (2019). The program also included stand alone social emotional lessons on growth mindset, collaboration and conversation with peers, and perseverance.

All of the analytics for the program are found in the student portal and the teacher portal. The data found in the portal is extensive. The student portal is where students (and parents) can see what lessons have been completed and how well the student did on assessments. This is also where students reflect on their progress. In the teacher portal is where students are graded and scored. Homework, quizzes, and tests are graded. Each student receives a score everyday that reflects their work ethic and contribution to the learning process. Teachers are able to see what lessons students are working on, how long they’ve been working on the lesson, and how the student feels they are doing on the lesson. One of the tenets of TTO is continual grouping. Using the analytics, teacher teams group students who are working on the same or similar lessons. As students progress at their own pace, their groupings may change.
