Pakistan; Invest in vaccinators and district managers by regularly and
1. Ensure ongoing refresher and in-service training and performance improvement of vaccinators and peripheral mangers and supervisors
2. Promote staff motivation
3. Track capacity building and ongoing training need of staff
4. Develop and disseminate up-to-date pre-service immunization training packages.
5.Establish a culture,process and budget for supportive supervision and mentorship throughtout the programme.
6. Train supervisors in supervisory skills
7. Use remote and individual learning (elearning)
8. Develop training material using adult learning principles
9. Establish a network of mentoring
From my country Pakistan point of view i prioritise the follwing 3 main points
. 1-Ensure ongoing refresher and in-service training and performance improvement of vaccinators and peripheral mangers and supervisors
Refresher training is extermely necessary for vaccinators to make him able to adpot himself with lateset techiques and further more it will decrease the chance of AEFI as result the overall effiacy of vaccine will increase with safe techinque and it is possible when vaccinators have good skills ,
2. Promote staff motivation
Actually to motivate the good performers by distributing certifiactes, selecting them for advanced training and promotion to them all these will enhance thier performance. and psoting to their nearby home towns to spare his time in travelling as result of good work.
3-Develop and disseminate up-to-date pre-service immunization training packages.
It is prime responsibilty of supporting organization or Government to train their staff according to latest methods it will develop the trust of parents as well vaccinators and overall it will inrease the percentage of RI .Pakistan; Invest in vaccinators and district managers by regularly and
