On December 16, 2019 I successfully defended my dissertation titled EXPLORING HOW CURRICULUM CAN STRENGTHEN THE ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF UNDERGRADUATE ONLINE STUDENTS. I am now in possession of a doctorate of management degree and am excited to see where this will take me. Looking forward to the next chapter as I continue to do more management consultation, teaching, research, and publishing.
