...MoreDavid Chase is the Senior Associate Director of Institutional Effectiveness at the University of the Pacific, where he also serves as the Assistant Dean of the Conservatory of Music. He earned Bachelor of Music and Master of Arts in Music degrees from University of the Pacific’s Conservatory, and his background in music includes performance and research as well as broadcasting and artist management. He has taught courses in the Conservatory's Music Management program and continues to teach in the core seminars of the University's General Education program. Mr. Chase’s administrative responsibilities involve implementing institutional effectiveness in service of assuring continuing improvement across all University programs and services, and focus on program review, accreditation, and program development. In the Conservatory he is responsible for the management of enrollment, academic affairs, and learning assessment.
