...MoreI am a Senior Lecturer and Course Coordinator for the Bachelor of Health Sciences at Flinders University in South Australia. Completing my PhD in 2008 in the area of Australian school nutrition education and school canteens, I have been heavily involved in a number of high profile research grants within Australia in the area of health promoting schools and childhood nutrition education. I am a qualitative researcher who is regularly called on to lend my research and content expertise to studies involving children's nutrition education, physical activity, health promotion and school food within Australia.
