  I am an English teacher in a military academy teaching ESP. I am also a student at the Doctoral School of Educational Sciences at University of Bucharest. I do research on teaching and learning general English and English for special purposes, assessment, alternative assessment, authentic assessment, learning strategies, motivation, and multicultural intelligence. I am also interested in teaching via motivational messages, audio-video materials such as TED presentations. I am an author of several articles and books in the above-mentioned fields. My present research will result in the publication of a guide to use formative sustainable assessment in higher education. Less
