Hayet Kadi’s Updates
Architectural and archaeological heritage
Hayet Kadi is an architect graduated from University of Sciences and Technology of Oran (USTO). She also holds a Masters degree in Modeling and Simulation of built spaces from Université Henri Poincaré (UHP). She joined than Université Denis Diderot (U-Paris7) for a Master’s program dedicated to Architecture and Heritage. Coming back to USTO, she achieved a PhD in Architecture and Heritage. Her research deal with 3D reconstruction of architectural and archaeological objects. Besides photogrammetry as 3D data acquisition technique, she focuses on laser scanning, the aim being points cloud interpreting. To achieve this, she devotes his research to the development of reconstruction-aided tools based on parametric modeling, and the implementation of a whole 3D acquisition-reconstruction process.
