I work in the branch of Chania of the Hellenic Red Cross since 1997 as a social worker. I am responsible to provide individual assessment for all vulnerable teams, collaborate with other social services to improve their daily life and develop specific programs and services for their relief.

-Training of volunteers

During all those years, I have recruitment, train, motivate and supervise volunteers in many cities all over Greece.

-Experience in refuges and migrants

Besides the everyday work in the Branch since March 2016, I have to participate to 8 mission in different camps in Greece as a social worker, site officer, field coordinator, replacement of a relief officer, depending on the operational needs.

My experience in those missions is that motivates me to participate in the specific SAF4ERU exercise so that iI will be able to be better prepared for a new emergency situation
