School is an initial step in the educational process and the formation of personality. Its main task is to give the student the minimum of knowledge and skills that will allow him to start an independent life. Today's world is changing rapidly, so society places increased demands on modern schools. Now we are living in a time when much of what we thought was impossible becomes probable. The world is changing fast. Technologically, socially, economically, psychologically, culturally.
And everything is changing in education. Strong schools will increasingly introduce new technologies, establish links with universities and partners around the world. What should our school do? We work in a state institution, and accordingly, the changes that are taking place in the education system must be accepted and implemented by us, and we need to meet the requirements that are imposed on all participants in the educational process. A teacher is a key figure in education and I believe that the main professional quality that a teacher should constantly demonstrate to his students is the ability to learn. Readiness for change, mobility, ability to perform non-standard labor actions, responsibility and independence in decision-making.
