Ubiquitous Learning
So that learning extends beyond the walls of the classroom and the cells of the timetable. Learning that breaks out of these spatial and temporal confinements, should be as good as, or even better than, the best traditional classroom learning. It should also produce habits of mind appropriate to our times, producing lifelong learners, able to learn and to share knowledge throughout their lives, in all contexts, and grounded in those contexts.

We believe that sharing experiences through digital medias and social medias are a great way of teaching our students. As we got into the discussion about the Scholar platform, we perceive that it involves many good aspects of digital multiliteracy.
However, we understand that it is somewhat difficult for us teachers to get our students to participate in the discussions that we propose, even on a digital platform.
Even though we face problems, we know that digital media is extremely important and necessary to education development.
Experiences:
public school - they are far away from this - they have access and gadgets but they do not use for education
Livia tried to used wiki but it didn work.
how do we truly engage students?
students are not engaged if it is virtual, how to make it meaningful?
Experience:
Use of edmodo and in this case it was engagement, it was a teacher development course
Maybe it was because the teachers wanted to know more about the use of the environments
Lots of experiences with the use of virtual environments. It requires a lot of discussion and planning among teachers. We use moodle, lots of practices are shared and teachers try to organize strategies and think about whar kind of questions, how to sintesize , raise main points etc
Maybe we are reproducing traditional classroom at the virtual environments.
Important to think about the interactions as one of the didactic variables. They change completely at the virtual environments
experience: one of the teachers had to buy a projector because they do not have any structure.
