Wisnique Panier was born in Haiti. He holds a PhD in Public Communication and a master’s degree in International Law. His research focuses on the transformation of the Haitian media system. He currently works as Minister Counselor at the Permanent Mission of Haiti to the United Nations, delegate to the Sixth Committee of the General Assembly.
