Innovative Pedagogical Approaches in Entrepreneurship Education: A Case Study of Blended Learning Methods

Abstract

Entrepreneurship learning is changing by means of creative pedagogic methods that strengthen student involvement, experiential learning, and employability readiness. The application of pedagogic innovations within the Foundation on Innovation and Entrepreneurship (FIE) program, in which varied teaching strategies like chart presentation, PowerPoint (PPT) presentation, exercises in oral communication, and seminars based on case studies were embedded in the program, is researched in this study. The paper is focused on the effect of these methodologies in entrepreneurial skill teaching, including successful and failed entrepreneurs in India. Students also participated in guided activities through the Wadhwani learning platform as part of institutional partnership. Results indicate that active learning methodologies coupled with e-materials have a great impact on improving student comprehension, collaboration, and application of entrepreneurial principles. This study emphasizes the essence of experiential learning in teaching entrepreneurship and offers important lessons for educators in adopting new approaches to teaching. The results of this kind of approach in teaching given very positive results and encouraging to implement more.
