Abstract
Museums are the repositories of cultural heritage of the diverse communities of urban communities. Authenticity, incorporation of inspirations, and contextualization are investigated to know about the use of public space practice issues at urban museums. The investigation of authenticity provides a chance to know the details of decontextualization and recontextualization; the incorporation of the inspirations informs about the creativity and aesthetics in investigating the details of the social impacts of the collections of artifacts at the museums. The authenticity of the collections of artifacts supports social engagement, social involvement, and social norms. Public space must be able to support physical interactions, social interactions, and social communications. The process is also supposed to be able to support cultural identity, cultural distinctiveness, and cultural singularity at the museums. Critical race theory supports the values of the ethnicity of ethnic artists for cultural identities, individuality, and integrity in education. Acquisition, acquirement, and attainment inform about procurement in the research. A process to support the conservation, preservation, and protection of the artifacts informs more about the priorities at the urban museum. I collect the data by interviewing my participants to know their thoughts about each part. The research revolves around a qualitative method, ethnography, ethnographic research questions, transcribed semi-structured interviews, and coded transcriptions. The analysis provides the details of each part of the research drawing on the responses of the participants.
