Abstract
A process of exploring the learners’ practice issues of technology in the classroom in urban education will inform us about the social dimensions, social change, and civic literacy of the learners. The study aims to check the conceptual interpretations for the structural analysis, observations, and arguments about them. The investigation will inform about the impacts of technology on the learners in education. The research will support the comprehensive educational environment of the classes to support the ethnic identity of each individual for integrity, physical interactions, and social norms. Technology in urban art education will be investigated to check the support to protect the rights of each learner from the issues in education. Social dimensions are about learners’ social interactions, social practices, and social interfaces in the classrooms. Social change and civic literacy will support self-confidence, self-expression, and self-awareness in education. Urban art education will inform about social involvement, social learning, and social equality. In this research, the impacts of learning on integral practices will integrate the essential works for the learner’s identification. The constructivist theory will support the values of the ethnic artists for cultural representation, identity, and integrity in education. The transparent process of the research will be used to collect the data by interviewing participants, using qualitative methods, ethnography, open-ended ethnographic research questions, transcribed semi-structured interviews, and coded transcriptions in the process to gather the details of participants’ responses for analysis. The implications and discussion will provide more information about the results and their outcome.
