Abstract
The objective of this study is to reflect on the political implications of education in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the impact on the fundamental rights of the population. This is from the theoretical perspective of recommending ICT education within the Information and Knowledge Society as an object of human and economic development. It is argued that belonging to the Information and Knowledge Society represents significant benefits, but also represents a high price to pay due to the vulnerability of the fundamental rights of the global population. The conclusion is to recommend observing the political implications, where not participating in the Information and Knowledge Society under ICT education means exclusion and marginalization, but showing that promoting inclusive education has a cost that means paying with our freedom, privacy and property.
