Abstract
The research considers applying knowledge from the best practices of professional development activities in order to improve students’, teachers’ and school administrators’ competencies in Nonphosri School. The Target group included students, teachers, and school administrators in Nonphosri School, Khon Kaen, Thailand. Research instruments include evaluation forms for examining target group competencies, best practices, and models and mechanisms for applying knowledge from best practices of professional development activities to improve the quality of education. The findings reveal that some models and mechanisms were developed to apply knowledge from best practices of professional development activities to improve the quality of education. The paper highlighted applications of those practices such as applying Sutaphan and Yuenyong (2019) STEM education, School Based Management for Local Development (SBMLD) and others.
