Abstract
In the Colombian post-conflict context, the need to promote peace education has become crucial for social reconstruction and sustainable peacebuilding. This paper presents the design of an innovative gamified tool based on information technologies, aimed at facilitating the teaching of content related to peace education in the post-conflict framework. The proposed tool seeks to integrate playful elements and effective educational strategies to involve young people in an active and meaningful way in the discussion of historical memory. It presents an overview of the methodologies, tools and particularities of generating a tool that combines a differential approach in the narrative of the facts, non-conventional pedagogical techniques and the integration of ICTs in the classroom. In addition, the lessons learned and recommendations of the designers for similar exercises in the future are discussed.
