Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has prompted public and private higher education institutions (HEIs) to conform to the new circumstances, which prohibit face-to-face interaction and mass meetings. Such a situation did not provide educators with enough time to adjust their teaching materials, nor did it provide program administrators with enough time to prepare the necessary documents for accreditation. This study creates an online accreditation platform for Bulacan State University – Bustos Campus that is functional, usable, maintainable, reliable, efficient, and portable. Research method used respondents’ description, survey instruments, data gathering procedure, and statistical method to obtain research data. The survey results indicate that the system meets quality standards and is suitable for use in file management and online program accreditation.
