Abstract
This paper analyzes from an interdisciplinary point of view the generation of wealth through the different dynamics of the care economy, both in the family and work environment. For Adam Smith, the wealth of a country does not come from its resources, but from the work carried out in it. The different feminist approach or debates, indicate that it is inconceivable that the economy of a country be sustained without the contribution of all women, the new economic model breaks with social norms and their economic consequences, which in one way or another have modified the capitalist development processes for fines of a better understanding, different economic thinkers are analyzed that address the definition of wealth from a market perspective and the new approaches that arise from the different practices and debates of women on the dynamics of care as part of the wealth and development of a nation.
