Many organizations excel at recruiting diverse talent, yet struggle to create environments where Professional People of Color can thrive, advance to leadership, and feel genuine belonging. This leads to high turnover, underused talent, and missed opportunities for innovation. This presentation moves beyond traditional diversity metrics to explore cultural, psychological, and spiritual factors that enable Professional People of Color to flourish. Dwayne Dixon, a Microsoft executive and host of The Corporate Minister podcast, shares insights from his work with hundreds of professionals and decades of leadership. He reveals hidden barriers that prevent even successful People of Color from reaching their full potential.
